Tim Healy at CBRE represented the landlord Broadmont Investments  in the renewal of 6,760 SF located at 3631 S Broadmont Dr.  

The tenant, TDIndustries was represented by Stephen Cohen of Picor and Todd Noonan of Stream Realty.
