Full Page ads must be set up with Bleeds. Crop marks are not required, but the document size should be set to the Bleed Dimensions.

AD SPECS

Set the document size to the bleed size. This is required even if your ad is designed not to bleed. If you do not want bleeds, set your document to the Bleed dimensions, keep all artwork within the Live Area and leave the area outside the Live Area to the edge of the document (Bleed) white.

FRACTIONAL ADS

Set the document size to the dimensions of the fractional ad specs.

DIGITAL FILE SPECIFICATIONS

Artwork must be received as a PDF document. All files must be saved as CMYK. RGB and other color pallets different than CMYK are not acceptable. PMS colors must be converted to process separation. Advertisements saved as PDF files must be high resolution (300 dpi or greater) and/or optimized for press when distilled. Embed fonts when creating PDF files.

COLOR PROOFS

Color match proofs are required to insure ads meet desired color output. Laser proofs will be used for content, not for color.
Color matching on a web press is not exact. We will do everything we can to preserve print quality but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
