Commercial Retail Advisors Announces A. Torano Wines Lease at Broadway Village

A. Torano Family Wines has signed a lease for 892 square feet located at 14 S. Eastbourne Ave., in the Broadway Village shopping center. A. Torano Wines will use the new space for a wine tasting room and the sale of its award-winning wines among other wines and other products. The new tasting room is estimated to open Aug. 1. 

Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, represented the landlord, CRI Broadway Village Partners, and Michael Coretz, of Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson, represented the tenant. Commercial Retail Advisors, founded in 2001, specializes in the leasing and sales of shopping centers and retailer tenant representation throughout Southern Arizona.
