Funk Appointed Corporate Counsel for Mister Car Wash

Lisa Bossard Funk has joined Mister Car Wash as Corporate Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions, bringing with her nearly 30 years of legal experience in the areas of merger and acquisition, commercial real estate and employment law. Prior to joining Mister Car Wash, Funk was a partner in the law firm of Bossé Rollman & Funk and VP of Legal & HR for a privately held, international cardiopulmonary products company.

Funk is a graduate of the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where she teaches a practicum on M & A law each spring. Lisa clerked for the Hon. James Duke Cameron on the Arizona Supreme Court. Currently, she serves as President and Director of Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Member at Large of the Executive Council of the Business Section of the Arizona State Bar, Director of Pima County Bar Association, Director of Tohono Chul Park, and Member of Women Presidents Organization–Tucson Chapter.
