Lindsay Thomae is celebrating 12 years of her boutique agency, Thomae Advertising.

A Tucson native, Thomae’s deep ties to the community influence her agency’s approach, which emphasizes authentic connections as the foundation of success. She said her client-centric focus has cultivated strong, enduring partnerships across various regions, from local businesses to national brands. 

She said her daughter, Ava, serves as her primary inspiration, “She drives my sense of purpose and ultimate desire to set a powerful example as a female business owner,” This personal motivation shapes her leadership, promoting a culture of empowerment for both her team and her clients. “I’m all for creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and fosters trust.”
