Betsy Belden Fitzgerald Named TAA Director of Marketing, Public Information & Community Relations

Betsy Belden Fitzgerald has been named Director of Marketing, Public Information & Community Relations for the Tucson Airport Authority (TAA). She joins the Business Development and Marketing Department of the TAA, which operates Tucson International Airport and Ryan Airfield.

In the position, Fitzgerald will oversee efforts to raise awareness of and communicate the benefits of using TAA product and service offerings with all airport stakeholders.

Fitzgerald comes to TAA with extensive experience in brand communication, marketing and advertising, most recently as the Senior Marketing Manager of Long Realty Company since 2004.

Fitzgerald moved to Tucson in 1985 and regularly enjoys the beauty offered by the Southern Arizona desert while hiking. She has two grown sons, both of whom still live in Tucson. Her eldest is a recent graduate from the fine arts program at the University of Arizona and her youngest is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at Pima Community College.
