Alex Demeroutis

CBRE Tucson has named Alex Demeroutis an associate in advisory and transaction services for the commercial real estate company’s industrial and logistics team. She specializes in sales and leases of industrial properties for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, back office and research and development. She most recently was VP and events director for the Greater Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce. There she led a team that built operating reserves and added 200 new members.
