Dr. Nikki Castel

Dr. Nikki Castel has been named the new COO of Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital. Castel previously was assistant administrator at the Abrazo West Campus hospital in Goodyear and provided healthcare consulting with McKinsey & Company, a consumer marketing research firm. She earned her medical degree from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine after receiving a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Arizona State University. She was a plastic surgeon in New Jersey.
