Chad Williams Named Director Operations For Local Builder, Pepper Viner Homes
Tucson, AZ — Bill Viner, Pepper Viner Homes CEO, has announced that Chad Williams has taken the position of Director of Operations for the community home builder. “Chad has worked with us since 2004 and is well versed in purchasing, sales, accounting and customer service as well building science,” Bill Viner, CEO said. “He has previously served as a Project Manager and as our General Project Manager and Safety Officer.”
“It is an exciting time for Pepper Viner Homes and I am very pleased to work towards our future growth in this new position,” Williams said. Williams graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University in South Carolina and moved to Tucson from Savannah, Georgia.
Pepper Viner Homes has recently opened 3 new communities. Two are in Civano with The Orchards offering large homes on large lots and Civano Presidio, an affordable entry into the Civano community.
