In work and life, Laura Jones makes it her mission to leave every space better than she finds it. 

A graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology, Jones’ 17-year career has spanned traditional lab engineering to dealer- and customer-facing commercial work including aftermarket sales and support. She has led the internal employee experience council, working to create a more inclusive workplace environment for employees. 

Since relocating to Tucson from the Midwest in 2018, Jones has been a key supporter of Young Leaders United with United Way, working to promote awareness and raise funds for Pima County Opportunity Youth (ages 16 to 24) who lack permanent shelter and basic needs. She is on the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Executive Leadership team and is a six-year member of the Kappa Delta National Leadership Team.

For young professionals, Jones appreciates Tucson’s access to abundant amenities and opportunities and the fact “that it can still feel like a very small-town community.”
