Through business banking and lending, Jose Arias helps local and regional businesses move to the next level.
“I find purpose through my banking career and view my occupation as an opportunity to help someone’s passion and hard work result in regional economic growth, improving the quality of life for families in our community,” said Arias, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Arizona Eller College of Management and an MBA from University of Phoenix. He uses a consultative approach to formulate lending solutions, treasury management services and risk management strategies for local and regional businesses.
Arias also finds purpose through community involvement and said Tucson embraces young professionals who “demonstrate a level of maturity, work ethic and willingness to engage and collaborate with others.”
He is board president for Greater Tucson Leadership and with Tucson Youth Development; a 2023 Flinn-Brown Fellow and a Tucson Metro Chamber Emerging Leaders member.
