As senior VP and CFO of the region’s fastest growing health care system, Steve Reichling seeks to contribute to a culture that will revolutionize health care in Southern Arizona and beyond.
At TMC Health, Reichling oversees planning, finance, and business development. This includes managing financial affairs, real estate management, revenue cycle and payer contracting, treasury, capital and operational budgeting, and structuring transactions.
“I have a passion for improving lives through health care innovation that positively impacts patient outcomes,” said Reichling, who earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and entrepreneurship from University of Arizona.
The CPA also holds a degree in international business from London Guildhall University.
Reichling came to TMC from Accelerate Diagnostics Inc., a bioscience company that builds new technology and tests to accelerate lab results. He also worked with Spring Bioscience, a subsidiary of Roche, and Ernst & Young.
