OSCHMANN EMPLOYEE SCREENING SERVICES NAMED SOUTHERN ARIZONA’S EXCLUSIVE TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (TSA) UNIVERSAL ENROLLMENT CENTER.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has named Oschmann Employee Screening
Services, Tucson, as the exclusive Universal Enrollment Center in Southern Arizona. Oschmann
Employee Screening Services will be providing enrollment services for TSA’s Pre‐Check,
Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and HAZMAT Endorsement Threat
Assessment Programs at their offices located at 3360 South Palo Verde Road, Tucson, AZ 85713.
TSA’s Pre Check program allows low risk travelers to experience faster and more efficient
screening at participating U.S. airport checkpoints for domestic and international travel.
TSA’s TWIC security program is a vital security measure to ensure that individuals who pose a
threat do not gain unrestricted access to secure areas of the nation’s maritime transportation
system. Prior to this enrollment center opening, area transportation workers were required to
travel to port cities in California and Texas to enroll or renew their TWIC identification cards.
The HAZMAT Endorsement program conducts threat assessment for any commercial driver
seeking to obtain, renew, or transfer a hazardous materials endorsement on a state‐issued
commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Locally owned Oschmann Employee Screening Services is a national provider of drug and
alcohol testing, employee background check, and motor carrier safety services programs. It
was founded in 1996 in Tucson by Gary Oschmann. Oschmann Employee Screening is the only
Accredited Collection Facility in Southern Arizona accredited by the Drug & Alcohol Testing
Industry Association.
