The fourth-generation Tucsonan, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics and a master’s in public administration from Eller College of Management, embraces service leadership, creating psychological safety for employees and supporting others in achieving their goals. She mentors staff in the workplace and promotes volunteerism with professional development organizations such as Greater Tucson Leadership.
A graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership 2021 Civic and Political Leadership Academy and the 2018 Lead Tucson class, Eldridge is currently board chair for Tucson Young Professionals and manager of UA’s TYP team of 350-plus members. She also serves on the board for Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Greater Tucson Leadership.
