Briana Gabrys

Senior Manager, Public Relations, RTX

As senior manager of Public Relations at RTX, Briana Gabrys is responsible for the development and execution of strategic public relations initiatives that align with business objectives and communications goals. She excels in crafting compelling press releases; preparing executives for media engagements; building relationships with reporters; coordinating media outreach at industry tradeshows; and working with government public affairs officers.

Prior to her current role, Gabrys helped manage community outreach at Raytheon, focusing on STEM education, support for Armed Services, and volunteerism. Before joining RTX, she worked in the non-profit sector with organizations like the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association, driving revenue growth and building key partnerships.

A Maryland native, Gabrys earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Arizona. She is an active alumna of the FBI Citizens Academy and a volunteer of Ducks Unlimited, a non-profit organization committed to supporting conservation efforts throughout North America.
