An Honorary Commander at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Hopper has served on the boards of the Southern Arizona Law Enforcement Foundation, the Living Memorial of Southern Arizona, and the Financial Planning Association. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
