Teresa Vasquez loves a good project. Whether it’s a major downtown redevelopment project or a neighborhood beautification effort, Vasquez has a passion for working through details and finishing strong.  

“Project work requires unique combinations of discipline and creativity, collaboration and vision, and, of course, simple hard work,” said Vasquez.

The Missouri native and UA grad joined HSL Properties in 2011 to focus on predevelopment planning and new construction developments within the portfolio, including the Encantada properties and The Flin in Downtown Tucson. Vasquez also manages the company’s property tax appeals and has recently expanded her role to include HSL Special Projects.

Her community engagement includes the Metropolitan Pima Alliance board, where she chairs the Immersion Committee; she is also an active member of CREW Tucson. Additionally, she is a member of her neighborhood association board and is active on school committees for her children.
