The senior VP of market development for Vantage West Credit Union develops strategic initiatives that expand market reach, deepen member relationships, and drive membership growth and engagement. Prioritizing innovation, Webb leads teams responsible for marketing and automations and integrates diverse data insights to guide decisions across brand awareness, promoting community partnerships and revenue growth.

Additionally, she spearheads the marketing and national growth strategy for HUSTL Financial, Vantage West’s all-digital credit union product.

Since 2011, the UA alum has held Vantage West leadership roles across internal audit, administration, member experiences and more. Notably, she directed Vantage West’s first digital banking conversion, delivering a platform for 120,000 members with AI-powered member support.
