From college to CFO, Jennifer Whitman has flourished in her leadership at Larsen Baker. 

Whitman started working at Larsen Baker in 2002, while she was attending the University of Arizona. After college, she stayed with Larsen Baker in a succession of ever more challenging executive positions, from property administrator, office manager, director of administration, treasurer, and now CFO and part-owner. 

Her current role entails managing the accounting/financial department and HR function and investing in real estate. She was named CFO of the Year in 2019 by the Executive Excellence Board and earned her CCIM designation in 2025.
