Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Kickoff Luncheon, Oct. 1
The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop, announced details of its annual Kickoff Luncheon, presented by MiCamp Solutions. This year’s event will be Thursday, Oct. 1, at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.
Arizona men’s basketball head coach Tommy Lloyd is receiving the Dick Tomey Arizona Strong Award, an award given to an individual or group who has exhibited and motivated future generations to adopt the best characteristics of sports and competition, including hard work, dedication, selflessness, and humility.
Noah Fifita, quarterback of the Arizona football team, is receiving the Volpe Tucson Strong Award. That award is given to those who make an enduring positive impact on our Southern Arizona community.
The annual Kickoff Luncheon is one of the community’s signature events. It serves as the beginning of the campaign to promote ticket sales to the football game and create awareness of the Bowl’s mission.
The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop, is the only bowl game that donates 100% of its net proceeds to charities. Ticket sales from the Kickoff Luncheon factor into that equation.
Doors open at 11 a.m., with activities in the foyer including registration, a 50-50 raffle, a photo booth, and more. The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. The event’s fun and unique program, which will feature a Q&A with both Tommy Lloyd and Noah Fifita, will begin around 12 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased online at AZBowlKickoff.com. Tables of ten are $1,100. Individual seats are $115.
The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop, thanks sponsors MiCamp Solutions and Jake Kagele of Nova Financial Services for their continued support of the event.
