“We are grateful to El Rio Vecinos for their passionate and dedicated support of the children and youth served by El Rio Health. They have organized an incredible ‘Take Me to Ibiza’ themed Block Party this year in partnership with the food, beverage, event and media partners and sponsors. Proceeds from their fundraiser will provide critical support for El Rio’s teen-to-teen health initiative,” said Brenda Goldsmith, executive director of El Rio Health Center Foundation
“I come from a large family in Tucson with a lot of teenagers ready to start contributing to our community,” said Block Party Co-Chair Shayla Sandoval. “Raising funds to help teens like them gain better access to health care is our driving force for this year’s block party. We are excited to take our guests to Ibiza with good local food and drinks, live entertainment on multiple stages and more all at the benefit of increasing teen’s access to health care. It’s a fun night for a good cause and that’s my favorite type of party.”
