Scott Goldberg
Originally from Southern California, Scott Goldberg began his foodservice career at the age of 16, working for Peter Morton and the Hard Rock Café. He graduated from UNLV in 1991, with a Bachelor of Administration degree with an emphasis in Hospitality Management. Scott interned with the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas his senior year and fell in love with the food and beverage business. He continued his career with the Hard Rock Café after college and went on to manage locations in Hawaii, Chicago, and California. Scott refined his skills in the restaurant business until joining the Los Angeles Music Center in 1996. During this time, Scott had the privilege of overseeing the Governor’s Ball and the food and beverage for the Academy Awards for five years.
In March of 2011, Live Nation / House of Blues Entertainment enlisted Scott as Vice President of Food and Beverage, tasked with rejuvenating and reinventing the food and beverage operations for all eleven House of Blues and 29 Clubs and Theatres throughout the US. Over the last four years Scott was Vice President of Food and Beverage for Ryman Hospitality in Nashville Tennessee. His properties included the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium. New to Tucson, Scott is looking forward to getting acquainted and making it his new home with us here at Arizona Sands Club!
