Paul Pena

General Manager, Lloyd Construction

Paul Pena, a LEED-accredited professional and registered architect, brings 19 years of building industry experience in architecture and construction to his role as General Manager for Lloyd Construction. 

The Tucson native and University of Arizona graduate from the College of Architecture, Planning & Landscape Architecture has a passion for collaborating with teams “to create spaces that enhance the daily lives of occupants and visitors.”

During his 15-year tenure at Lloyd Construction, Pena has prioritized the company mission to strengthen communities through excellence in construction, delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

Pena is incoming 2026 board chairman for the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and serves on the board of directors for the Arizona Builders Alliance. On the personal front, Pena’s greatest pride is being father to his three children. He is also an active youth sports coach.
