Ben Ridder has helped usher Northwest Medical Center into a period of exciting growth and quality.
As CEO of Northwest Medical Center, he leads the recruitment of a range of physician specialists and advanced practice providers, as well as building and expanding specialist service lines. Under his leadership, the Northwest Urgent Care footprint has expanded from 5 locations to 16 across Tucson and surrounding communities.
Ridder has also been instrumental in improving hospital quality ratings, improving CMS Star Rating, and Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade ratings in his previous leadership roles within health systems in Kentucky and Tennessee.
He serves on the board of Marana Chamber of Commerce, has been an integral champion to the Jars of Love Community Food Bank–a month-long peanut butter food drive – and is also on the Northwest Fire District Bond Committee.
