University Commons at Feldmans
New 10,000 SF retail and restaurant development located at the northeast corner of Speedway Blvd & 6th Ave named University Commons at Feldmans. DSW Commercial Real Estate will handle all facets of the development project including leasing. The development will contain a stand alone drive thru restaurant and multi-tenant retail building with a drive thru end cap and retail and restaurant space. Current tenants include Starbucks Corporation and Mobileone (dba T-Mobile). Gansline and Associates is the architect of Record and Canyon Builders was awarded the construction contract.
