5151 E. Broadway Tower Reports Third Expansion for Advanced Financial Company
Tucson’s largest commercial office building, 5151 E. Broadway, announces Advanced Financial Company’s third expansion since 2022.
The company has more than doubled its footprint by leasing an additional 4,928 square feet to accommodate its significant growth and hiring ambitions.
“We currently have 60 employees in Tucson, and with the additional offices we have a combined capacity for 110 working out of 5151,” said Advanced Financial CEO Kyle Kolsky. “With the University of Arizona, Pima College and other institutions, Tucson has been a fantastic market to recruit top-notch people.”
Ten employees will remain in their Carlsbad, Calif. headquarters. Advanced Financial Company is an end-to-end loan servicing and billing solution provider to lenders, credit unions, and investors across the nation.
A. Tigney Solutions, a nationally recognized leader in delivering innovative counseling and coaching solutions for individuals and organizations, has leased 1,207 square feet.
Mark Isenberger with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord, Kent Circle Partner, in both the expansion and the lease.
