At the Port of Tucson, an inland port and intermodal hub connecting the region to global markets via rail access to major southern California ports, Eli Peart plays a pivotal role in land development and property management.
She oversees development and general contracting of 700-plus acres and manages leasing for 17 buildings. Additionally, Peart leads logistics of industrial and agricultural products, including dry and frozen warehousing, transloading, and cross-docking.
