A fifth-generation Tucsonan, John Carroll has Arizona in his DNA. He has leveraged his love for Tucson into a career as a land broker with Land Advisors Organization. As a Pima County Specialist, Carroll focuses on the sales and marketing of residential and investment properties in the region, and provides clients with nuanced insights into the market with new-era technology. 

Carroll, who holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UArizona Eller College of Management, has worked with local developers on the sales and marketing of master-planned communities such as La Estancia, Gladden Farms and Rocking K. 

His affiliations include the Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association and Urban Land Institute. Carroll has received the 2021 Tucson CoStar Power Broker, 2022 Next Generation award, and the inaugural TREND “Best in Class” Land Winner in 2022.
