Jessica Sueskind
Executive Director
Tucson Young Professionals
Jessica Sueskind is a catalyst for positive change. She utilizes that talent in her dream job as executive director of Tucson Young Professionals, while supporting colleagues in achieving their own career aspirations.
The Southern Arizona native had a remarkable professional journey to TYP, which provides a premier platform for professionals ages 21 to 45 to connect, grow, and advocate for the community.
Sueskind, who earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of Alaska Fairbanks, was COO of an Inc. 5000 commercial furnishing firm and worked in nonprofit management and higher education. She was program coordinator with the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship at UArizona and co-directed the TENWEST Impact Festival, a regional celebration of innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Sueskind also volunteers for United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona and the Sahuarita Unified School District.
“I want to ensure Tucson is left better for the next generation, and we accomplish that through positive change,” she said. “TYP prepares young professionals to lead effectively and create a Tucson that prospers now and in the future.”
