Paving the path for continued growth in Arizona, Phoenix-based Chamberlin and Associates Real Estate Management opened their first office in Tucson to serve as the new hub for the fast-growing Southwest team. The family-owned and operated company is creating a national multi-family footprint managing over 45,000 rental units across four states in the last 30 years.
The new office located at 510 N. 7th Ave will solidify the company’s existing presence in the Old Pueblo. Chamberlin and Associates currently has 90 employees managing Tucson properties and are looking to employ 60 candidates to fill roles across all levels including property managers, regional managers, bookkeepers and more.

Chamberlin and Associates currently manages 16 communities in Tucson and has recently added 5 communities to their roster. La Mirada Apartments located on E. Grant Rd. is a 201-unit community with two and three-bedroom apartment homes encompassed by the scenic Santa Catalina Mountains. The View at Starr Pass Apartments is a renovated apartment community with 174 units located on W. Speedway Blvd., offering an easy connection to great entertainment options. Sierra Vista, located on N. 1st Ave. has 200 units with three options of upgraded apartment homes. Juniper Canyon is an upscale, pet-friendly community with 200 units located on N. Flowing Wells Rd.
To accommodate the successful growth of the company, Southern Arizona Regional Manager Megan Brown will lead the team in Tucson. Brown brings over a decade of experience in professional multifamily management and development, student housing, new development lease up, value-add renovations, senior housing and more. She is an accredited residential manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a graduate of AMA Lyceum, a yearlong industry leadership development program.
In this role, Brown is dedicated to supporting employees in operations as well as property owners to maximize returns and provide a relationship-based approach to property management. The department’s responsibilities include regular monitoring of operating performance, training, coaching and ongoing support to regional managers, company recruiters, company trainers, and maintenance supervisors.
