By the end of his interview with BizTucson, Brent DeRaad sounded a little raspy. “I’m losing my voice,” he said. “Too many meetings,” he added with a laugh.

Despite having been in meetings non-stop from 7:30 in the morning until this 5 o’clock interview, DeRaad was upbeat and excited to talk about his plans as the new president & CEO of the Metropolitan Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau.
